Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee of 4% of the total booking amount.

Reservation Changes:

You can modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Any changes requested within the 24-hour window may be subject to additional fees based on availability and adjustments required.

Refund Processing:

Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Force Majeure:

In the case of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances that prevent the service from being provided, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any extra charges.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some discounted or promotional offers may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking if applicable.
